To The Zoo!

It was pretty cold in Portland today, but we braved the 35ish degree weather, bundled up and headed to the Oregon Zoo. We were three of about 20-30 people at the zoo and it was awesome. Usually we have to fight crowds with stroller to see so much as a toucan, but not today! We got up close and personal with any animal brave enough to venture out. Ella got nose to nose with a leopard, cougar, lots of birds, beavers, wolves, elk...too many to name!

Into the Elephant Museum to warm up. It was a tropical 66 degrees in there, so we hung out for a little while. Ella is posed here on the Elephant Trike.
