GFCF Diet
I think this stands for gross flavorless crappy food (note:  GFCF actually stands for gluten free casien (dairy) free).  Sigh.  Picture above is supposed to be chicken potpie, which when ours came out of the oven looked nothing like the photo!  We are "trying" this diet because many children affected by autism are also affected by gluten and dairy for various reasons (also note: found in all food that actually tastes good).  We are on day 8 and we have about a 50% success rate with food actually being edible.  We'll keep going for 5 or so more weeks to see if there are any noticeable differences with Sam.
