The Proof is in the Gluten

Well, as fun as this little experiment has NOT been, we now know that Sam does have a food intolerance to gluten (maybe dairy...more on that later).  Within four days Sam's cheeks turned back to bright red and he has had four days of diarrhea (sorry for that detail, but true).  His behavior was not good, very spacy.  The good news is that we don't have to pay someone a lot of money to tell us he can't have gluten.  We'll try just the dairy a month or so from now, when our bravery returns.

If you think my cheeks are red, you should see my diaper rash!  UGH.
